Drug & Alcohol Training Service (DATS) arrange bespoke training to match the needs of any organisation. Our highly qualified trainers deliver bespoke drug and alcohol awareness training for the workplace and have a wealth of experience in a wide range of drug and alcohol related workplace issues. They have a proven record in supporting businesses and individuals.

Managerial and Supervisor Training

We provide training on all aspects of Drug and Alcohol related issues in the workplace from implementing a Workplace Drug and Alcohol Policy to training managers, supervisors and staff who may be affected directly or indirectly by these issues. Training can be focused specifically for:

We would suggest that training is always implemented to accompany the introduction of a Drug and Alcohol policy within the workplace but we also provide stand-alone training which is specific to your needs.

Rachael holds a first class BSc. (Hons) degree in Addictions Counselling. She is also a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and an accredited professional member of the Federation of Drug and Alcohol Professionals. In addition she is a member of both the Association for Counselling at Work and the Association for Independent Practitioners. Rachael has been working as an Addictions Counsellor in a residential treatment centre for those addicted to drugs and alcohol for the past 3 years. She is also experienced in  working with family members who are affected by someone else's addiction.
